Happy Memorial Day to players in the U.S!
I'm a little strapped for time this week for a guide, so I'm going to let you know a few things you can do for an alt account, and what an alt account can do for you.
If you have 2 or more android devices, you probably already know you can have multiple accounts on Rage of Bahamut, and hopefully you chose your accounts to be different realms (ie: Humans, Demons, Gods). Different realm accounts will obtain specific treasures from quests, and with 2 accounts you will be able to collect treasures much easier, and with 3 accounts you won't even have to battle for treasure if you are set up right. But also think of this, you can complete treasure on each account, allowing you to evolve treasure cards, and event cards that you normally wouldn't be able to without trading.
I personally have my Motorola Triumph which has my Akzel5 account, and my Iconia tablet with my primary account, which is where I take screenshots and whatnot for the site from. I have 1 more account, on my computer. No, Windows, Linux, and IOS cannot run Rage of Bahamut natively, but you should check out bluestacks.com for their android emulator. Keep in mind though, you cannot do terminal registration on bluestacks, so you cannot claim verified treasures or friendship points card packs. This account may seem limited, however, I have found myself using it just as much as my other accounts since I can still send and receive gifts, evolve and enhance, and since I "care a little less" about the account, I can build it in a way that I wouldn't make sense for a primary account, and it is now a hardcore defender in Holy Wars, and a pretty safe "bank" for treasures and whatnot.
I am currently playing around with rooting and modifying bluestacks to allow terminal registration, I have to assume there is a way to do it, and I would love to get my hands on the 200+ presents/rewards that require verification on the account.
Another potential benefit of having a bluestacks alt, is if you get a new android device, you don't have to start from scratch.

ReplyDeletefrom what I've read, the only way they can tell you are probably breaking the TOS by using bluestacks is repeated un-fair trades (eg. 1 rupie for an SSR card). Can anyone verify, how they pick accounts to ban?
ReplyDeleteusing bluestacks make sure you put reasonable trades friend of mine got banned because of unreasonable trades. Plus don 't transfer a lot of things in one day and make sure to play the other account other wise the staff is alarmed with a high increase of wealth from your main account. just be careful. also a plus you can transfer stuff from both android and IOS

ReplyDeleteIts not a bluestack problem. RoB could always tell when you played on bluestack, it showed you a message that its not fully supported on that device (emulator) at the very beginning. Now they disabled registrations everywhere except android. Kinda sucks since i cant even register on iOS anymore.

They expect us to pay money for their horrible chance booster packs or rely on pointless friendship packs. Im lvl 93 and have only gotten 3 HR from friendship packs. The game isn't worth paying money for but it's not worth playing it without cheating. Ugh..

Folks,
I will suggest that the behavior you are experiencing is unrelated to BlueStacks and is entirely due to rigorous checking being done by Rage of Bahamut, when you sign after that game is re-installed on the same BlueStacks installation. They are most likely trying to ensure that multiple accounts cannot be created from the same device.

ReplyDeleteNo worries guys. Im working on an emulator right now. It will be run on bluestacks program. But i beleive it will play as fast it does on iphone 4s. Provididng you have a 3ghz processor. Im currently working a way to mask ip and every accnt has its own floating ip. Why u guys crying if theres already a solution for this and already been posted here, just use Privacy Blocker on android or udid faker on iphones. For the android Privacy Bloker is a pay app (2$) but u can find it on the internet and for the iphone just need to be jailbreaker.

3. Scanned RoB
4. Selected all problems and hit FIX
5. Then re-installed RoB through PB and started it
6. Created new Acc -> Tutorial -> Referrel Number -> Device Registration => "Device already registred"
I think myfailure is in step 2, but I don't know. Maybe you can help? :-)

ReplyDeleteJailbreaked NO, android cant be jailbreaked, guess what you mean is rooted and no your phone doesnt need to be rooted. Theres a few thing you need to do in the app to be able to make it works

ReplyDeleteI can confirm that privacy blocker does the trick for me. As to how, guys, just look what the app can do. One of the few things is to fake your device-id for other apps. Guess what you have to do.

DeleteYes, rage of bahamut has to be reinstalled with the changed .apk after pb fixing it. But pb asks for it anyways after the fix is applied. If pb crashes, not installing rob correctly, install the changed .apk manually.

Yea the card packs suck(dont buy the damn things), yea there are already lots of hackers that have gotten alot, like eggsuck, and yea its prolly best to do for farming and enhancing and all that, but fuck, its because people START cheating now everyone wants to. It makes the game too hard for most of the other community who is not cheating and then they dont wanna play anymore. Then all you cheaters can cheat each other cause you will be the only ones left and the thrill of having an ssr or legend card is out the window. I cheat cause there's not possible way to make a good profit on the game that allows you to have a decent deck. The card market/prices are HORRIBLE! all HR went down and everything above it went up. That's no where near fair. As for the not getting excited or happy that I get another SR, I'm always happy when I get one cause I know it can definitely help my deck and have a better chance at not getting crushed every time during HW/battling. I've made over 300 accounts and have not gotten 1 SSR. There is still excitement in getting cards no matter how much you cheat. If we don't cheat our ONLY options are to buy the horrible chance booster packs which I've spent $50 before I found Bluestacks and have only gotten 3 HR from it. If we don't wanna pay then the only other option is to make a living off Friendship packs. Which EVERYONE knows is a complete waste of time. Say all you want about cheaters but it's the only way to make a name for yourself and have a deck you're actually proud of. Having a deck full of rares after lvl 60 is horrible and I won't be that player.

ReplyDeleteMaybe you just by PB and do it all on your Android Phone. It's worth to buy. Then you do this:
Delete1. Scan the Apps
2. Advanced Settings -> Changed the last number of "Phone Number" and "Unique Device ID" or add a Number (it has to be a number which havn't been used before)
3. Scan RoB
4. Select all problems and hit FIX
5. Then re-install RoB through PB and
(!!!now pay attention!!!)don't click on Open. You have to click on Exit!
6. Now start RoB from your Homescreen.
7. Now create a new Account with fake email etc. (I prefer the page http://www.trash-mail.com/ for fake email)
8. Now do your stuff you want to do and if you want a new Acc follow Step 9
9. Delete RoB manually and re-install it manually.
10. Start again from Step 1.
Hope it will help you all to get PB working. Maybe there is a better solution for Step 9, but as long as it works I'm with my method. :-)

So after you uninstalled it you don't get message to install it? First try the method above if not try this:
Just uninstall it and install from the Android/Play Store. Then return to PB and Scan Apps. Go back to Home Screen and start RoB.

DeleteI had the same problem, when you're on the PB homepage click the "show menu" button next to the left arrow at the bottom of bluestacks and scroll all the way down :)

Ok thanks lets do this sloooooooowly.
Delete1. I download and install privacy blocker on bluestacks.
2. I start privacy blocker.
3. I open menu and press "scan apps"(i can now see RoB).
4. I open menu and press "settings" then scroll down and select "advanced settings".
5. I change the numbers in "phone number" and "unique device id"
6. I go back to main page on privacy blocker, select RoB and click on the "aim loggo" which starts the scan.
7. Privacy blocker then tells me I have 10 problems. I click on the wrench (on the right side of the "aim loggo") then press "check all" and then "fix"(privacy blocker then starts fixing...)
8. Privacy blocker then asks me "Install modified RoB?" I click install.
9. It then installs and uninstalls and asks me if I want to open or exit. I click exit.
10. I go back to bluestacks menu and start RoB, I go through tutorial and when its time to register it tells me I have to use and android phone bla bla bla....
Well there you have it. Hope you can spot what I am doing wrong if it works for you...

I exaclty doing the same. I don't know but I think the problem is that you're using BlueStacks. Maybe thats the issue why it doesn't work.
DeleteI suggest you to do it on an Android phone.
P.s.: After you re-installed RoB scan the Apps again, just scan, nothing more. Then start RoB and try it again.
I've followed the same steps but I get the message that the device was already registered.

I have one more idea. Which number do you use when you change your Phone Number and Unique Device ID?
DeleteEhm... I just change them at random, tried like 4-5 times so tried adding, subtracting, and just changing. What did you have in mind?
DeleteI tried it on my samsung galaxy nexus and it dident work either, got damn it.....
The only problem could be that someone else exactly used the same number. So try very long numbers like "2847465115647". Then the chance is not that high that someone else already used the number.

ReplyDeleteI'm about to try it on my phone but I'm hesitant on risking my main account. Even if I un-install ROB on my phone will my main account be perfectly safe? Is there any risk at all with my main?
ReplyDeleteWell, all your Account information are saved on the Servers of RoB. I don't know if they log IPs or something else, but if you take eggsuck as an example (mentioned on top of the blog) he's using Bluestacks for a long time before it wasnt possible anymore and he is still not banned.
DeleteI know it's sort of obvious but it is a fact that he used BlueStacks? Whenever someone asks he always says hes worked hard to get where he is but do you know him? Has he said that he used it?

ReplyDeleteprivacy blocker on bluestacks does not work. it only works on -some- phones. So it's not the best solution. So those of you who are unfortunate, just have to wait for someone to find a better solution. Don't waste your time on bluestacks. it does not work.
ReplyDeleteOkay so I did all the steps for PB on my galaxy S2 and it still say device already registered. =\ Idk what else can we do but doesnt seem to work. And before ppl say I did it wrong I'll show you the walk through.

3. Setting> Advance Setting> Phone number (changed 4 digits) Unique Device ID (changed 4 digits)
4.Click on ROB icon and hit the target cursor to scan it and it come out i have 10 problems.
5. Selected the wrench> check all box> Hit fixed and wait.
6. It ask me to uninstall and install (did that just fine)
7. I hit done instead of open the ROB App.
8. Went back to PB and scan ROB again and it show 0 problems.
9. Went to menu of phone and start ROB manually.
10. Created account, put in referral and register device.
Yeah that sh*t still didnt work.
Just jailbreak.. Works perfectly on iOS devices. Does anyone know how to improve your chances at hr/sr cards in claim tickets? Ive had many accts and got a few hrs but only 2 sr cards. Both sr cards i got were when you could claim 3 tickets (now you can only claim 2!) and they both came on the 3rd claim ticket. Can anyone verify if this was just by chance or preset by rob??
